missingWrote a review on Dec 02convenient accessproximity to parkingnoise disturbance
The ground floor room was convenient for access, especially after a long journey. The location near parking meant we could quickly unload our bags.
Being next to the entrance from the car park, the noise from arriving guests was disruptive at times.

the shower was super hot, which is great for us. the room was clean and comfy for a family like ours. i loved the easy access to the hotel from main roads, really convenient you know? parking is free, which is a big win. staff were chill and friendly, made us feel welcomed.
but we had no plug for the bath, so our granddaughter was not happy and had to use the shower she hates. also, the public areas felt kinda grim n gloomy, like not the best for relaxing.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17convenient locationefficient check-indirty carpets
The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, which made our travel plans easier. We appreciated the quick check-in process upon arrival, but the rooms were uncomfortable and outdated.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Sept 18great outdoor activitieshelpful staffrude receptionist
Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored Gravesend Pier Ferry Terminal and enjoyed the scenic views while taking a stroll. The Birchwood Park Golf Centre offered a great day out for those who enjoy golfing. Just a heads up, breakfast options were somewhat limited.
We encountered a frustrating experience with a rude receptionist when trying to fix a TV issue, which wasn't handled well. It felt like a drain during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17friendly stafffree wificomfortable enoughbasic roomnarrow bed
The room was very basic, with a narrow bed and no air conditioning. It was a bit uncomfortable, and opening the window helped but didn’t fix the heat. There was only one towel, and I felt like I could have used another. It felt more like a budget motel than a hotel, pretty average overall.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05secure parkingtasty foodgreat locationmissing children's menu
We had a nice time with plenty of parking, and the restaurant had a good selection of tasty food. The surrounding area offered beautiful walks along the Thames, and the convenient location made exploring with my dad very enjoyable.
My kids wished for a children's menu to make meal times easier.

missingWrote a review on Aug 26free parkingdecent restaurant
The hotel is a solid place to crash with free parking right outside and cozy rooms. Easy access to local attractions. Nice touch having a decent restaurant with a view of the lake.
Felt cosy, no complaint.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03friendly staffgood breakfastlack of lift
Reception staff were accommodating by switching my second-floor room to a ground floor when I discovered the lack of a lift. Breakfast options catered to my low-carb diet, making my mornings enjoyable.
The absence of a lift made my stay less comfortable.

ideal location, convenient access to local attractions, basic room features
A horrible smell permeated the entrance and hallways!!! Very few plug sockets available, making it frustrating for charging devices!!! Cleanliness could use serious attention, with a noticeable lack of bath mats for safety!!!

Just okay, really
So I stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. The room was clean but felt super outdated. The shower was surprisingly nice, but charging my phone was a hassle with only one socket near the entrance. The restaurant was pricey for what it served. had a bland burger and greasy chips. Breakfast was lukewarm. Not what I'd call worth the money.
